09:00 – Departure from Rome | Viale dei Bastioni di Michelangelo, 21
Participant welcome and meeting with the architect/designer leading the itinerary. Distribution of the “Sketch Your Rome” creative kit.
10:00 – Auditorium Parco della Musica
External guided visit to Renzo Piano’s architectural complex followed by the first sketching activity.
11:00 – MAXXI Museum
Visit to the museum designed by Zaha Hadid, known for its contemporary architectural language and dynamic spaces.
12:00 – Foro Italico
Guided introduction to the relationship between architecture, monumental spaces and public identity in twentieth-century Rome.
13:00 – Experiential Light Lunch
Light tasting break included within the itinerary.
15:00 – Palazzo della Civiltà Italiana and Palazzo dei Congressi
Visit dedicated to Italian Rationalist architecture and its connection with the architectural heritage of ancient Rome.
15:45 – La Nuvola
Sketching session inspired by the contemporary architecture designed by Massimiliano Fuksas.
18:00 – Arrival in Rome at Via Leone IV
Final review of the sketches, symbolic selection of the featured drawing and conclusion of the experience.
